If you live within a 5 mile radius of our premises we will endeavour to hand deliver your order free of charge. Same day delivery can be accommodated on orders placed before 12 noon. Orders can be placed for collection from our premises also.
UK
We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days for all products in stock. Your order will be sent to you by Royal Mail recorded delivery - Monday to Friday only. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. Product unavailability will be acknowledged as soon as possible and money refunded.
SOEL is not responsible for any order lost by a third party once the goods have left our premises. If the goods are received damaged, a refund or exchange will be provided if the goods are returned within 7 days of signed for receipt and in the original packaging to our premises.
Postage for clothing over £50 is free of charge, all other items will be charged at a flat rate of £3.50.
Please email your order should you wish us to ship outwith the EU so that appropriate shipping costs can be calculated and agreed.
