www.soelboutique.co.uk is a site operated by Soel (Sustainable, Organic, Ethical, Luxury Ltd), hereinafter referred to as SOEL, whose premises are located at Backridge Farm, Twitter Lane, Nr. Waddington, Lancashire, BB73LG.
Payment
Online payments are made using PayPal. All cards details are entered and processed through their secure site. No card details are held or retained by SOEL.You do not need to have a PayPal account to buy online.
Delivery & Postage
All orders are subject to acceptance and availablity.
We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days for all products in stock. Your order will be sent to you by Royal Mail recorded delivery - Monday to Friday only. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. Product unavailability will be acknowledged as soon as possible and money refunded.
SOEL is not responsible for any order lost by a third party once the goods have left our premises. If the goods are received damaged, a refund or exchange will be provided if the goods are returned within 7 days of signed for receipt and in the original packaging to our premises.
Postage for clothing over £50 is free of charge, all other items will be charged at a flat rate of £3.50.
Please email your order should you wish us to ship outwith the EU so that appropriate shipping costs can be calculated and agreed.
Returns Policy
SOEL will only accept returned goods which are defective or ordered incorrectly. We must be in receipt of the returned goods, in their original packaging, unworn or marked in anyway.
SOEL can not be held responsible for any goods sent by a customer which are lost in transit. It is our recommendaton to send any returns by recorded delivery.
All returns must be notified within 14 working days from receipt of goods, accompanied by written confirmation of reason of rejection and return.If notification is not received within said 14 working days then SOELwill assume the goods are satisfactory and any return will not be accepted beyond this period. This does not affect statutory rights.
VAT
All prices include VAT at 20% where applicable.

We expect all of our suppliers to operate ethically and use handmade, organic, sustainable upcycled and/or recycled materials. This also applies to their production methods.
It is of foremost importance to us that the collections that we stock are not whimsical fast fashion purchases but garments that are designed to be timeless pieces to cherish for many years.
